About Xena

Xena Blair, ACSW

Los Angeles-Based Therapist for Teens, Adults, Families & Neurodivergent Clients

Hi, I’m Xena.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to what’s underneath: the unsaid, the tangled, the complicated. The things people are usually too polite—or too tired—to talk about. That’s where I do my best work.

Before starting my private practice, I worked in community mental health, group practice, and residential treatment. I’ve helped adolescents, young adults, and families navigate everything from grief and anxiety to neurodivergence, trauma, and identity exploration. I’m formally trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, and adolescent-focused DBT, and I integrate narrative, psychodynamic, and relational approaches depending on what’s most useful.

My style is warm, direct, and gently irreverent. I offer a space that’s anti-shame and pro-growth. I’m here to collaborate on your care, not dictate it.

When I’m not in session, you’ll find me with my dog, Frances, exploring ways to better support my community, hiking local trails, or just having a little fun with the people I love.
