neurodivergent-affirming care

Respect, Even if it feels rare

You don’t need to be changed or managed. Neurodivergent-affirming therapy recognizes that your brain isn’t a problem—it just operates differently in a world that wasn’t built for it. I work with clients who are diagnosed (or self-identify) with ADHD, Autism, and sensory processing differences, and who are seeking support without pathologizing who they are.

areas of focus

  • Burnout, masking, and sensory overload

  • Navigating relationships, friendships, and boundaries

  • Emotional regulation tools that work for you

  • Executive functioning and routine support

  • Understanding your nervous system & needs

  • Unpacking internalized ableism, building self-trust

What to expect:

This work is collaborative and paced around your comfort. We’ll explore what support looks like for you, not some ideal version of how you “should” function. Whether we’re working on daily structure, emotional overwhelm, or identity questions, you’ll be met with respect, curiosity, and zero pressure.

Neurodivergent THERAPY FAQ:

  • No. I work with both diagnosed and self-identified neurodivergent clients—your experience is valid either way.

  • It means I won’t try to fix you or mold you into something you’re not. We’ll build strategies that actually support how you move through the world.

  • Definitely. Those are core parts of the work. We’ll go at your pace and explore how to unlearn survival-mode habits without judgment.

  • That’s not a problem. Sessions are designed to support the way you process, not the other way around.
