Support for Teens & Young Adults

Therapy that doesn’t expect you to have it all figured out.

Life Is Changing — A Lot. You Don’t Have to Navigate It Alone.

Therapy shouldn't make it harder. Whether dealing with anxiety, identity exploration, school burnout, social struggles or sensory overwhelm, I'm here to support your teen. I honor their autonomy and meet them with respect.

What They Might Be Struggling With:

  • Anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem

  • ADHD, Autism, and sensory regulation

  • Isolation, loneliness, or difficulty connecting

  • Identity and gender exploration

  • Family conflict and communication

  • Social struggles and isolation

  • Navigating school stress, burnout, and executive function challenges

  • Processing past trauma or navigating major transitions

how i work with teens:

Sessions are shaped by what each teen needs. Some talk a lot, while others prefer art, humor, or comfortable silences—I stay flexible. I also partner with parents and caregivers to offer support and insight along the way, while respecting your teen's confidentiality.

Why I Work with Teens:

Teenagers are navigating one of life's most intense periods of growth—figuring out who they are while managing school pressure, shifting relationships, and a world that often feels chaotic. Most adults remember how hard these years were, yet teens are expected to handle it with little support.

What draws me to this work is that teens are sharp, resourceful, and honest. They're capable of real change when given the right environment and deserve a space to show up as themselves without judgment.

My approach is straightforward: meet them where they are at, respect their independence, and build on what's already working.
